Privacy Policy - We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. Any visitor information disclosed and collected on this website will be used solely for the purpose of our own marketing. Subscribers to our email mailing list can opt out at any time.

Definitions – In these Terms & Conditions “The Seller” means Anglox Publications, and “The Buyer” means the purchaser of the services from the seller under these terms and conditions.

Price – The price and any offers are correct at the time of point but are subject to change

without notice.

Payment – Payment of goods are due in full before dispatch or download.

Returned Goods  -  If goods have been returned for a refund the goods must have been

advertised and stated that a full money back guarantee is offered. If an offer of such a refund is available the refund will only be available for 30 days after receipt of the goods to “The Buyer”.

Shortages & Returns – Goods must be inspected on delivery and any claim for shortages or

damages must be advised to “The Seller” within 48 hours of receipt.

Delivery of Products – All products will be made available via download. Orders are generally processed within 7 days. Delivery times can vary but are usually within 7-10 days.

General – Products and services are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose .

Earnings Disclaimer - No responsibility will be accepted by “The Seller” for any financial risks, including loss, taken by the “The Buyer” in implementing any of the information provided in the products or by any use of the services. There is an element of risk in any form of business operation or investment.
